Sree Balaji hall has an air conditioned hall with a seating capacity of 200 and floating capacity of 300. There is generator back up which functions during power failure. Lift access is provided for the air conditioned hall and dining hall. The hall has furnished rooms with air conditioner. The guests can have their choice of vegetarian food as outside caterers are allowed. There is sufficient parking space for 7 cars and 20 bikes. Sree Balaji hall can be chosen by the residents of Nandanam to celebrate their joyous occasion.
